Influence

A major influence is Allison Long Hardy. She is interested in how people communicate because it is the one thing that binds us all together. She focus’ on moments that communication occur or moments that lack communication and interprets those moments through mark. What interests me most is the marks she creates overlap and meld, which create their own distinctive mark. Her work is a mix of intuitive and deliberate paired with the spontaneity that occurs when these marks overlap.
